By Herb Nurmi
When: Tues evenings Jan 6, 13, 20 and 27
Place: Community Church of Sebastopol, 1000 Gravenstein Hwy North
The Presenter: Michelle Averbuck, El Molino '80
Credentials: Graduated at Sonoma State, awarded Florence Fellowship through Syracuse University where she completed her graduate work in Italian Renaissance Art. While living in Florence Italy, she taught history classes for the Syracuse University Abroad Program, as well as the Smithsonian Institute, Trinity College and Elderhostel.
Personally, I've heard Michelle on four separate occasions. She has a passion for her subject, a subject she really knows a lot about. She has a knack for making presentations that are understandable and interesting, and for some, even exciting.
